Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time

2. Domestic & International Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:

3. How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

4. Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Tofitter is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Damages

If you received your order damaged, please contact our support team immediately. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim, and include photos of the damage in your email to us.
